The Philadelphia Department of Health was looking for a local digital media agency that was smart, cost effective and certified WBENC (Women Business Enterprise) to launch their campaign about the harms of inhaling combustible materials among young, urban men of color. Domus was the perfect fit.
Domus conducted an in-depth analysis of the target audience to identify their media attitudes and consumption habits and prepared a heat map analysis of consumer expenditures in Philadelphia zip codes based on all Tobacco sales.

In addition, due to strong engagement, optimizations and vendor relations, this campaign delivered a significant amount of added value in excess of 2 million display impressions and 90,000 completed video views.
