Since 2001, Comcast NBCUniversal has rallied around their communities through its annual Employee Giving campaign. The company is committed to making a lasting impact in the communities they serve to encourage employee participation year-over-year.
In 2017, Comcast NBCUniversal tapped Domus, an employee communications agency, to increase participation in their annual giving campaign seeking a fresh creative approach. Domus produced the “Give Opportunity” campaign, an emotionally appealing creative approach that was segmented by leadership, key markets and the general employee audience. The campaign helped to achieve more than $8.8M in contributions. With this successful campaign, Domus was asked to continue to inspire employees with the theme “Create Change” in 2018 and “Be the Difference” in 2019.
